First of all I want to thank you for choosing to book with me!
 I deeply value your business and ask that you respect our salon
scheduling policies. We require a card to be on file for all new
customers to book. Please notify me at least 24 hours in
advance of any cancellation by calling our front desk at the
salon (540)980-1251. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours
of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost
of the service scheduled. Longer services with a total higher
than $200 will require a non-refundable deposit (which applies
towards your total service) to reserve your appointment and
require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
